Solo: Try

I decided to sing this stunning song, by Pink, because of the message of resilience and, of course, because it’s a great song.

From a Parkinson’s perspective, it pushed me to considerable volume and it required of me a consistency in the strength of my voice. There is one part where I sing a note or two as a bridge before the next verse and that required me to move to gentleness. This switch can be challenging.

It’s uplifting to sing a song like this. So not only do I benefit from the vocal therapy, but it’s good for the emotions, too.
